Prices

The Early Bird* prices are available for those who book until the 15^th of August 2008.

The Regular prices are for those who book between the 16th of August 2008 until the 5th of October 2008.

Last Minute prices must be paid by those who come to the conference on the day it starts.

*Please notice: When you book your tickets for early bird prices you have to pay within the early bird phase. Otherwise we have to charge the regular prices.

The conference admission fees include two days of presentations on Friday and Saturday, the printed conference proceedings, beverages during conference hours, a daily complimentary light lunch and the social event with dinner on Friday night.

If a sponsor comes forward, we will provide a free t-shirt as a souvenir from the conference.

Tutorials must be booked separately. The tutorial fee includes admittance to the selected tutorial along with free beverages and a light lunch.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible on or before September 12th, 2008 and you will get your money back. From September 13th on, we cannot accept cancellations, but you can choose to send another person in your place. If someone comes in your place, please be sure to inform us so we can change the attendee name and can make the appropriate adjustments.

Reduced admission fees

We provide a reduced conference fee for members of the TYPO3 Association and for students. If you are a student, please present your valid student card at the conference check-in desk. If you do not show your student card, you will need to pay the full fee.

Extra social event

The social event is included in the conference fee for conference attendees. If you want to bring an additional person, who is not attending the conference, to the social event on Friday evening, you have to buy an extra social event ticket for that person.
